These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TalentFarm / talentfarm.ai ("TalentFarm," "we," "us," or "our") and all related websites, applications, content, services, courses, programs, assessments, communities, tools, and features we make available (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
You may use the Platform only if you are capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required to use the Platform without parental or guardian consent under applicable law.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, professional details, learning preferences, or other account information.
You agree to:
provide accurate, current, and complete information;
keep your information updated;
maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
restrict access to your account;
notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except where applicable law says otherwise.
We may modify, suspend, improve, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee that any course, program, feature, mentor, assessment, certificate, job-related feature, or community function will always be available.
If you enroll in a course, cohort, masterclass, workshop, assessment, or other program, additional program-specific terms may apply. In case of conflict, the program-specific terms will govern that offering unless those terms expressly state otherwise.
We may set eligibility criteria, capacity limits, deadlines, attendance requirements, submission requirements, completion criteria, and certification rules for each program.
Any certificate, badge, progress record, or completion indication issued by us is subject to verification, program rules, and our records.
"User Content" means any content, data, information, materials, text, images, files, code, assignments, comments, feedback, project submissions, audio, video, or other material that you submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available on or through the Platform.
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or abusive material.
By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant TalentFarm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute, analyze, and otherwise use such User Content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Platform and related services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent and warrant that:
you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content;
your User Content and our use of it as permitted by these Terms will not infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights;
you have obtained all necessary consents for any personal data or likenesses included in your User Content.
We may remove, restrict, or refuse to display User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
You agree not to, and not to assist or permit others to:
use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose;
violate these Terms, our policies, or any applicable law;
interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the Platform or its infrastructure;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization;
copy, scrape, harvest, crawl, or extract data from the Platform except as expressly permitted;
introduce malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;
impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Platform, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
use the Platform to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or exploit others;
use bots, automated systems, or scripts to access the Platform without our written permission;
interfere with the experience or rights of other users.
The Platform and all content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, videos, software, interfaces, compilations, and other materials made available by TalentFarm (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to IL Talentfarm LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted in writing by us, you may not:
copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, rent, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform;
use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets;
remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, services, integrations, course materials, payment providers, analytics providers, or other resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies, and any transactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
If the Platform includes mentors, instructors, community spaces, hiring partners, referrals, placement assistance, or collaborative features, you understand and agree that:
interactions may be monitored, moderated, or recorded to the extent permitted by law and disclosed where required;
any guidance, feedback, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee outcomes;
hiring, placement, internship, scholarship, or referral opportunities, if any, are subject to third-party decisions and requirements;
we do not guarantee employment, interview calls, promotions, salary outcomes, admissions, or business results.
The Platform may offer assessments, quizzes, evaluations, project reviews, AI-assisted recommendations, learning paths, or similar features.
You acknowledge that:
scores, recommendations, and feedback may be generated or assisted by automated systems;
automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for every situation;
you remain responsible for reviewing and using outputs responsibly;
AI-assisted features are provided to support learning and productivity and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.
Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, immediately or after notice, if we reasonably believe that:
you violated these Terms or our policies;
you engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct;
your conduct created a risk of harm, liability, or disruption;
we are required to do so by law or by a lawful request.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will stop immediately, but the following sections will survive to the extent needed: User Content, Intellectual Property Rights, Fees, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentFarm disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, security vulnerabilities, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentFarm, IL Talentfarm LLP, and their respective partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TalentFarm, IL Talentfarm LLP, and their respective partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
your use of the Platform;
your User Content;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law;
your violation of any third-party right.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, labor disputes, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, or failures of third-party systems or vendors.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date, and may provide additional notice where required by law.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer law rights or statutory remedies available to you, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision will not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable program-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
